I ordered this box for relatives. So while I know they were excited to receive it, I don't know if they have had a chance to use all the items in the box. However, I can say that the service I received and the notifications regarding this order was above and beyond what I expected. I appreciate the communication I received from start to finish. I made a mistake with the shipping address when ordering and contacted Patti. She quickly resolved the problem and kept me informed . The product was delivered only one day later. This basket was for my friend who broke her ankle & had repair surgery. The basket was full of goodies & a nice bottle of wine. She was thrilled & said she is saving the name & email so she can also use Fortuna’s for gift basket giving!
