Pandoro (pan d'oro) is a light, fluffy yeasted sweet bread and traditional Christmas and New Year’s Eve dessert in Italy. This “golden breadâ€? has been served in Venetian palaces since the 17th Century and is enjoyed at the end of the meal with sparkling wine.
INGREDIENTS
wheat flour, fresh free-range eggs, sugar, butter, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, cocoa butter, skimmed milk powder, salt, flavor. Icing sugar in sachet 10 g: Sugar, wheat starch, flavorings (vanillin). May contain traces of nuts and soy.
