Panettone Figs and Chocolate

A succulent, buttery dome-shaped rich brioche bread Panettone studded with chopped dried figs, dark chocolate chips and scented with natural vanilla. The brioche is made with a special natural yeast and the dough rises three times, or almost 20 hours, before baking.

Panettone is traditionally served after the Christmas meal along with a glass of dessert wine or bubbly wine, accompanied by dishes of mixed nuts, dried fruit, torrone and other Holiday confections.

This true Italian artisanal tradition is wrapped in festive purple paper with a celestial design and due to its nature, available in limited quantities

Tradional Italian Panettone with figs and chocolate


  • Panettone can be warmed for few minutes and served with creme anglaise or fresh cream whisked with mascarpone.
  • Left-over Panettone makes a delicious French toast or bread pudding


Wheat flour, eggs, candied orange peel 11% (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, acidulant: citric acid), chocolate chips 11% (sugar, cocoa paste, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavor, cocoa 48% minimum), butter, natural yeast (wheat flour, water), sugar, orange paste 3.5% (orange peel, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar), emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of vegetable origin, egg yolk, whole milk, glucose syrup, cocoa butter, salt, skimmed milk powder, natural flavorings.

May contain traces of almonds, hazelnuts, and pistachios.
