Fratelli Tanzi was founded in 1885 and has been producing Parma Ham ever since, indeed Fratelli Tanzi was part of a select group of Companies that founded the “Consorzio del Prosciutto di Parma” (Parma Ham Consortium) in 1963. 

Their Prosciutto comes from an uncompromising selection of pork legs with a minimum maturation of 18 months and boneless so it's perfect for slicing.
