Smoked SOUPY aka Supri®, Soupie™ Salami - We've taken our most popular salami SOUPY (a dry cured Calabrese salami, our signature salami) to new levels! We have taken our family recipe from over 100 years ago and added a twist of Spanish smoked paprika, quality high heating unit of cayenne pepper and other secret spices mixed with hand trimmed humanely farm raised pork and stuffed into natural casing, hand tied with cotton twine and naturally air dried. We use no nitrates or preservatives-making it the same way our family did over 100 years ago.

    A bit softer than I expected. Also, not as flavorful as I expected. Its good just not great.

    I found this to be very flavorful and tasty. Unfortunately, my wife's palate differs. As a Cooter, I found it hard to slice and would like the option of pre-sliced salami. Yeah, I know that is an anathema to the devotees, but the problem is a real one.

    I was a little disappointed in the Smoked Soupy it was a little too hard especially around the edge. Other than that it was very tasty

    Would have been nice to get the promised 10% coupon. Also would be better if used cane sugar instead of dextrose
