Fortuna's has been making our own salami for over 100 years with recipes passed down from my grandparents. We pride ourselves on authentic, all natural and nitrate free salami , cured meats and fresh sausage. In addition we have been importing directly from all regions of Italy...Olive Oil, Pastas, Cheeses and so many specialty products.
