    We ordered this cheese along w. many other "goodies"--sausages, truffle/porcini pasta (MUST try), guanciale (SO hard to find), and several other items. ALL were delicious...but THIS cheese... Seriously, dare you to find a more delicious cheese locally--wherever you live.

    The cheese was delicious! I had this same type of cheese in a restaurant and I set out to find it. I found Fortuna’s and I’m so glad I did because it tastes just as good as it does in the restaurant
