We use only the best Calabrian hot & sweet peppers direct from Calabria, which gives the true authentic flavor of the "Nduja. This meaty treat is pronounced en-DOO-yah or en-DOO-jah depending who you ask.
Perfect dalloped on homemade pizza, added to sauces and my personal favorite spread on Italian bread!
