Everyone loves Parmigiano cheese so why not make a salami with it right ? Well we did and it's creamy and leaves you with a tangy parmesan pallet ! Perfect appertivo or on a charcuterie board . It is a mild, plain and simple dry cured sausage with simple ingredients: natural pork, parmigiana Reggiano, pepper no nitrates added except those naturally occurring in celery extract.

    It has to be one of the best salamis Ive ever had. I order it all the time. You can smell and taste the parm cheese in it. It has made me a salami snob!

    I have not met a salami I didn't like. Italian heritage I guess. I really enjoyed this salami. Ate it in record time (shame on me).
