Bergamot is a citrus fruit with extraordinary qualities, generally believed to be beneficial to your health. In fact, this fruit is often referred to as the ‘Green Gold of Calabria’, due to its wealth of benefits and uses.
As this pasta already has a lot of flavour through the bergamot, the tagliatelle goes best with simple fish-based sauces and condiments.
