Tartufata is basically minced or coarsley pureed mushrooms mixed with a small amount of fresh truffle (typically summer truffle) preserved in oil or truffle oil.Ideal for bruschetta, pasta dishes, and grilled meats. Excellent on pizza or for enhancing sauces and soups with a spicy note and the unmistakable aroma of truffle.
