Perhaps the most famous Provolone producer is Auricchio, a family business that dates back to 1877. The Auricchio Provolone Piccante here is authentic, imported from Italy, and aged for 12 months. The brand says it all. The real provolone you had as a kid growing up in a 100% Italian household. I bought a food savor so it will keep.

Best cheese ever!
Auricchio Provolone has a very distinct flavor which sets it apart from other Provolones. Imported from Italy, this cheese is delicious with crackers, paired with a good salami or just as is, by itself. Aged to perfection, Auricchio has a little bite to it with a little after taste that resonates a pleasurable palate experience. Highly recommended 👌 and the seven (7) pound wedge from Fortuna's is the Best on the market; Cheese Heaven for sure!
