Our own Calabrese style Pancetta, Italian Bacon
We add true Calabrian hot and sweet pepper, and hand rub our special spice blend and naturally dry cured!
Produced from fresh, hand-selected, trimmed pork bellies that are cured and seasoned with freshly cracked black pepper, red pepper, salt and spice. Perfect sliced thin as part of your charcuterie board, dice it and fry and add to your carbonara ... endless possibilities
FYI: Calabrese style is flat - like slab bacon.
Hand cut approx 12 oz piece
Ready to eat

Serves 4-6
- 1/2 lb diced Pancetta, coppa or guanciale
- 2 cloves chopped fine garlic
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups of Sunday Blend
- Olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 lb Spaghettoni, fettuccine or buccatini

Panchetta for meAAHHHH
I use this explicitly for my sauceless spaghetti w/fettucuni noodles, cherry tomatoes, herbs, white wine and other ingredients topped with fresh basil and parmigiana grated. TY for the flavor.

Unique and Delicious
Try this instead of regulars pancetta for a little more spice.

Tried the Pancetta on a charcuterie and was disappointed as it was very chewy. Tried another night pan fried with seared scallops and was much better.

Pancetta
Pancetta was delicious! It's a bit spicy, but adds a lot of flavor to whatever recipe you are using it in. Would definitely purchase again. Would love to see a plain pancetta without the spices.
