Pistachio
It’s amazing. I am here in Fort Lauderdale and miss the north east with all of the ethnic cuisine. Just traveled to Sicily with an abundance of salami Soprisata and other dry cured meat. Fortunas are a secret weapon. With that nutty, pistachio flavor and very mild sausage, marbled beautifully with flecks of white comfort melted in the mouth. Just outrageous!!

Hello, after wanting to try Fortuna's for years, I bought the Salami/ Pistachios to try your product, the special offer was a draw. "Good news" I found it very tasty & creamy, best sausage I've had to date. "Bad news" HARDLY any Pistachios! Nothing like your advertisement pictures show, also, very salty! Although the saltiness does dissipate quickly, it's very salty. With that said, I will continue to try your products.

made my dad happy!
I bought this as a gift for my dad for Christmas and had it shipped to his house. It got there in 2 days, was fresh, and he absolutely loved it. Our family loves to cook and he makes his own sausage at home. His recipe was my great grandfathers that was used by a family friend to sell in his corner store. Everyone always asks for "Babe's" sausage recipe when it was actually our family. But needless to say, he really enjoyed it and I would definitely buy this again!
