I'm Italian. My wife grew up in an Italian neighborhood so we're both very familiar with Italian food. We both loved these hot peppers! Not too hot and not too bland. Just right. We'll continue to keep buying it and the dry cured salami, and the sauces, too. Highly recommend. Great in salads or as a snack! Yummy!
