It's finally here, our own sliced prosciutto

Prosciutto, Imported directly to us and then we slice and package it here in the USA. What can we say? We think this is one of the very best sliced prosciutto on the market today.

Shelf life is 3-6 months refrigerated.

Serving hints: Slice thin for sandwiches, pannini or rolled on an antipasto platter, wonderful served with sharp provolone or add it to your pasta sauce diced up for a unique flavor or even in frittata.

    prosciutto

The product comes thinly sliced with a thin piece of plastic between each slice and makes each slice take of plastic. There might be a better way to package it.

Dad is ALWAYS thrilled to get gifts from Fortuna's since he is unable to get these delicious deli items where he lives in the mid-west

    Prosciutto di Parma

Armando Bona on Dec 6th 2021

I don''t think it was from Parma - it was too salty and a little dry.
