Aged a minimum of 8 months, this hard cheese features a zesty, lightly spicy flavor. Made from 100% sheep’s milk steeped with whole peppercorns, you’ll love the bite this cheese gives to your meals.

    It Is a hard cheese like Reggiano with pepper . It is so delicious. If it is grated it gives your dish an incredible taste. Super product.
