Veroni presliced coppa is a quality, dry cured pork shoulder also know as capicola. Aged gor several months in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy then brought to USA for slicing.  It has a tender, marbled texture with an earthy, rich flavor that can be sweet or hot. The product is gluten-free, lactose-free, and contains no MSG, and it is great for sandwiches, cantipasto boards, pasta, or frittatas.
