My complaint is with shipping. The freezer pack that was supposed to keep the cheese cool during shipping was completely thawed and the cheese was melted. Sorry about that Vincent, we did ship this 2 day air with ice so it was frozen most of the trip to you. This past week or so has been extreme heat. Under our FAQ we, have some information about summer shipping.
