I live in Fort Lauderdale, however, a transplant from Connecticut. We in the north east know a good Italian product when we see it touch it and taste it. The sausage is perfect. It is a frame texture with a great chew. I do care for my sausage a bit dryer and keep it in the deli drawer unwrapped for several days. I purchased 10 packages of it so here in Fort Lauderdale on the intercoastal I could share with my friends all winter long while you freeze up There in the North!!! ? Ciao
