Extraordinary Pecorino!
I have ordered this cheese many times. It is so creamy and flavorful, no matter the dish to which it’s added. I’ve tried others (local groceries & mail order cheese shops), but none compares.

Fiore di Sardegna - Excellent Choice!
Fiore di Sardegna is a delicious, creamy cheese with a slight tang. We love to snack on it with or without a grainy cracker, cubed into a chickpea salad, or grated over Soufiko. Excellent choice in Pecorino cheese!
