Our Multi Varietal was born by the combination of different varieties of olives 100% from Puglia; it’s a fine blend of extra virgin olive oils, which is harmonious and very pleasant. The taste of it gives light bitter notes with a delicate and pleasant spicy aftertaste.
The label...is elegant, painted white ceramic & made in Italy. This project was just about a year in the making. Great things come to those who wait, and this is something Fortuna's is so proud to offer you.
It consists of several olive varieties to create a balanced oil. Lightly fruity with a slight bitter shades and delightful spicy notes in the after taste.
Definitely versatile for cooking but best as a finishing oil, drizzle on top of salads, grilled vegetable or fresh fish for the true flavors

Fortuna's Olive Oil
I am on my second bottle now and love this as my finishing oil. My tomatoes started ripening much earlier this year and just last night made a caprese salad with my fresh tomatoes and Fortuna's olive oil.
