Made for us in Puglia, Italy
Our Multi Varietal was born from the combination of different varieties of olives 100% from Puglia; it’s a fine blend of extra virgin olive oils that is harmonious and very pleasant. Its taste gives light, bitter notes with a delicate and pleasant spicy aftertaste.
The label is elegant, painted white ceramic, and made in Italy. This project was just about a year in the making. Great things come to those who wait, and Fortuna's is so proud to offer you this.
It consists of several olive varieties to create a balanced oil.
It is versatile for cooking but best as a finishing oil. For authentic flavor, drizzle it on top of salads, grilled vegetables, or fresh fish.

Fortuna's Olive Oil
I am on my second bottle now and love this as my finishing oil. My tomatoes started ripening much earlier this year and just last night made a caprese salad with my fresh tomatoes and Fortuna's olive oil.
