As many of you already know we are avid beekeepers?here in VT With the abundance of honey we have we have become creative.... Here is a SUPER FOOD! Lemon & Cayenne Pure Vermont Honey.

Pure, raw and all natural mountain honey from Fortuna's farm in Sandgate, Vermont! Our bees have been very busy gather all the pollen from all our beautiful Vermont wildflowers , fruit trees and fields on our 158 acre farm to make this rich light honey. Drizzle a bit on top of cheese for a real natural treat! 

Add it to your tea, coffee , mushroom coffee (my fav) or just a spoonful a day, well.... until tonight when we added it to Tuscan Cantaloupe OMG !!!!!!! You'll bee sooooo happy?

Among wine, jewelry and weapons, honey was also valuable enough to be stashed in King Tut's golden tomb—still edible after 3,000 long years.Note: Our local honey is not pasteurized and is left in the pure and natural state. If you'd like the honey to be pourable please place in hot water until softened or even microwave for a couple of minutes.
