The classic Mortadella was first created around 1376 in the Monasteries near the Italian city of Bologna; Vantia Mortadella is produced in the original, authentic manner. Delicate accents from selected spices (salt, white pepper, peppercorns, anise, coriander, anise) & pistachio are gently blended into the meat & roasted in this unhurried process. The unique flavor of Vantia Mortadella is enhanced through slow roasting in traditional brick ovens.
HOW TO EAT IT

Oh boy good
I sliced the wedge thinly and made sandwiches with dark bread and Swiss cheese. To die for. I haven't tried the other products yet but am having Italian party Friday night and will let you know about cola, stick of mortadella and other items.
