We use only the best Calabrian hot & sweet peppers direct from Calabria, which gives the true authentic flavor of the "Nduja. This meaty treat is pronounced en-DOO-yah or en-DOO-jah depending who you ask.
Perfect dalloped on homemade pizza, added to sauces and my personal favorite spread on Italian bread!

Flavorful, but a bit mild, prefer more of a bite with heat

This sausage has a very strong taste--forte a piccante. Not unpleasant, but should be eaten with cheese to soften the flavor, at least for me. I do not find it easy to spread. It must be sliced

Toooooo spicy for my taste!!! I have had nduja in Italy many times before but nothing ever this spicy. I really didn't care for this product.
