Everyone loves Parmigiano cheese so why not make a salami with it right ? Well we did and it's creamy and leaves you with a tangy parmesan pallet ! Perfect appertivo or on a charcuterie board . It is a mild, plain and simple dry cured sausage with simple ingredients: natural pork, parmigiana Reggiano, pepper no nitrates added except those naturally occurring in celery extract.

This is one of our mild dry cured sausages, this is one you will want to have on hand as it is a sure favorite for everyone!

Barolo is a red wine produced in the northern Italian region of Piedmont. It is made from the Nebbiolo grape and is often described as one of Italy's greatest wines. Each vineyards planted in primarily clay soils in the hills with suitable slopes and orientations are considered suitable for Barolo production. Barolo is often described as having the aromas of tar and roses, and the wines are noted for their ability to age and usually take on a rust red tinge as they mature pair wonderfully with Fortuna's Abbruzesse dry salami
