Salsiccia di Calabria is a typical Calabrese, pork Italian dry sausage, with just the right amount of Calabrian pepper! This salami has a coarse grind & is dry cured naturally, a bit drier than some others we make.
Its color is deep red, with a strong spicy taste along with hints of fennel and black pepper.
Salsiccia di Calabria is used as an aperitivo or to complete a cold meat and cheese board.
