Shrimp with a bit of spicy N'duja
Shrimp with a bit of spicy N'duja

This recipe just was put together by my husband with what we had in the house on a snowy day!
Clean and devein your raw shrimp-set aside
Saute until soft in olive oil, bit of rolled pancetta chopped onion, diced fennel and a bit of fennel tops, roasted peppers and of course garlic!
Add a spoonfull of ndjua and stir until melted into the sauce.
Add shrimp and cook until done but be carefull not to over cook.
Serve over pasta or baby spinach as we did !
Whole thing too about 15 minutes and it was fantastic
