Stelline ("little stars") are crafted from durum wheat semolina and pure Apennine mountain spring water by Rustichella Pasta in Abruzzo region of Italy.
This pastina is a favorite for soups. Serve in a clear chicken broth or simply with melted butter and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese just like you had as a child.
