Roasted Figs
I've been looking for roasted Calabrian figs for a while now as it's a family favorite and one we haven't been able to receive from our aging family in Italy for some time now. We love them (ordered for myself, my aunt, and my parents) - they are SO similar to our family's version we will order them for a long time to come; sweet, sticky, and full of delicious figgy flavor. Side note: one order arrived already molded as the packaging (wrapped in grape leaves) doesn't allow for actual fig viewing. I sent a quick note to Patti via the delivery confirmation email with a picture and she immediately sent a new item at no cost. Patti was super understanding, quick with a response and action plan, and was friendly to boot. I definitely recommend giving these figs a try!

Perfect Compliment to Cheese
Roasted Calabrian figs are the perfect counterpoint to a hard cheese. Dark green leaves wraps the roasted figs like the present tot he taste buds that they are. The rIch, deep flavor is so good with a ripe Parmesan cheese. They also pair well with a hearty cracker. Once you taste them you will think of dozens of other things to do with the little pieces of heaven!
