Cacciatorini originated from the Northern Hills of Italy and is also known as chubbs,? and the hunter? salami. Hunters were known to carry this small rustic salami in their pockets to eat for a meal while hunting.
Our cacciatorini is made with pork, succulent seasonings of rich black pepper, garlic, spices, and dry white wine. The aroma takes you straight to the streets of Italy and packs a sweet punch of flavor that will keep you coming back for more and more!
Naturally air cured the Old World way for 8 weeks .

Excellent. My father, who is from Piedmont, introduced me to it when I was growing up.

    Enjoying your sausages

john lunghi on May 13th 2020

I grew up in Red Hook/Brooklyn. It was old school... no supermarket, rather, Pastry Shop, Cheese Store, A&S Salumeria/Store, Fish Market, Cobbler and Chinese a Laundry. I worked at Junior’s Fruits & Vegetable. Needless to say, at the Pork Store there were all the various regions of Italy represented. Your sausages are equal to any,..P.S. my Mother’s People were Calabrese...Ciao!
