Pork. Salt. Paprika Non-Fat Dry Milk Dextrose. Black Pepper. Garlic. Sodium Erythobate. Potassium Nitrate. Lactic Acid Starter Culture, Sodium Nitrate. {May be encased in Natural Beef or Collegan Casing).
Pair any of our traditional salami with a Merlot--it's velvety and smooth and helps soothe the palette between bites.
