This product was a delightful surprise of summer. The tomatoes are crushed with strips of sweet yellow peppers mixed in the chunky puree. It was wonderful on bruschetta (I added some sliced cerignola olives for color and my tastes). This small jar also combined with my red sauce for stuffed shells, brightening the sauce. It is now a staple on my Italian pantry shelf.

This comes in such a small jar That’s my only negative thing and it is a little pricey, but does it deliver it’s another second time purchase for me. I’ve had it over pasta but my favorite preparation was just roasting some Icelandic cod with this on top served over risotto. Absolutely fantastic. I would recommend this product to anybody
