Spianata Roma Salame is one of our newest salami, just wait until you taste this one ! It has the famous flavor of Rome with its traditional dry cured sausage aroma & a mild flavor. The coarse grind of quality pork makes it melt in your mouth. Naturally air cured just as in Italy.
The name Spianata comes from its shape (Spianata meaning "flattened"). The fresh pork used to make the salame is a select blend.
We do not use nitrates or nitrites with exception to the natural occurring in salt and spices.
Hand cut - 16 oz hand cut piece, slice thin and eat at room temperature for best flavor
