Sharp, piquant and zesty; it's an excellent grating cheese, and also works well as an ingredient because it doesn't melt into strings when it's cooked.It's a nice addition to a cheese platter, or with fruit, especially pears, while a chunk with a piece of crusty bread and a glass of red wine is a fine snack.

Great cheese!
Love the cheese.!!!! I do think that during this heat wave that it should be shipped with an ice pack. There was so, so much oil in the wrapping and it could have been avoided with alittle ice pack. For $12.99 shipping an ice pack should be a must in this weather!
