What is Soupy™?
An all natural, nitrate free, dry cured flavorful sausage is Fortuna’s Soupy, aka Supri. Fortuna’s Soupy is an Old World tradition that was brought here from Italy hundred years ago and was passed down from generation to generation. Like many other fine arts, it is a dying tradition. At Fortuna’s we have taken our old family recipe and resurrected the fine art of making dry cured sausages and salami. Soupy is offered in a variety of hotness from ‘Sweet’ with just black pepper to ‘Nuclear Hot’ not for the faint of heart! Each stick is hand made from the precise trimming of the pork to stuffing into casings, tying by hand with cotton twine, finally then hung to air dry for weeks.

I gave several friends and family members these as Christmas gifts. The orders were shipped quickly and all arrived on time with tracking number e-mailed to me. The feed-back from those who received them has been great. Only down side is I didn't get some for myself! Great stuff and I will order more soon....but just for me this time. Highly recommended

Haven’t had our taste test yet but was really surprised when I weighed the product that I received from you and calculated the price per pound. Shame on me for not asking before hand. It looks good will let you know how it stacks up after our blind tasting event

This was my first order of the soupy. I didn't realize how spicy the hot one was goimg to be, and I am not going to be able to eat the hotter one. I love all your products, but this one is not for me. I will be more careful with next order. Thanks.
