Garden & Grilling Time!
First of the season, swiss chard one of our favorites with cannelini beans and grilled
Italian Turkey Sausage!
Fast & Simple:
While prepping the greens and beans, steam or boil swiss chard (after its been cleaned and cut) - Drain and set aside
Saute a large sliced onion in olive oil with 4 gloves of garlic - Don not brown just soften
Once softened add whole can (juice too) La Squisita Cannelini beans
Lots of fresh ground black pepper, grated Romano cheese
Mix well and let simmer for a few minutes then add the cooked and drained swiss chard.
Choose your sausage....we chose Turkey Italian Sausage today, it's by far the BEST!!!
