Drying is static, at low temperatures and over a day long.

Ordered both the Tagliatelle Cipola and Rustichelle Onion-pasta in December for a January birthday. Happily received the pastas sooner than expected and they LOVED the pasta. Would definitely order from Fortuna's again!

New flavor of pasta
The flavor was good, sadly for me the pink color when cooked was not very appetizing.
