Beans, Beans ....

Italian Cannellini Beans sautéed with Tropea onions and garden fresh cherry tomato's.
I just sautéed a lot of onion, and added the cooked cannellini beans I made the day before went out and picked some cherry tomatoes and added and let simmer for about 20 minutes until the tomato's were cooked but not too soft. Add lot of black pepper and served with a mini ball of burratinni and a chunk of crispy Italian bread.
You can eat this hot or cold
