INTRODUCING Fortuna's Reserve COPPATA Pancetta rolled with Coppa Our Coppata is made exclusively with the quality and expertise that have set Fortuna's products apart for the last 100 years. This product starts with our pancetta, which is salted, rolled with sweet coppa (think jelly roll), and tied and dried. The distinctive aroma of sweet coppa brings out the traditional softness of Italian-style bacon, all perfectly cured. Produced from fresh, hand-selected, trimmed pork bellies that are cured and seasoned with freshly cracked black pepper creating a marbled, tender finished product. * Fortuna's Reserve is a limited-time-only, extremely high-quality product.
