Spianata Piccante Calabrese is a typical Calabrian salami, air cured naturally for months. A traditional salami that can be enjoyed on pizza or with focaccia, or of course ready to eat with Italian cheese and crusty bread.

The name Spianata Calabrese comes from its shape (Spianata meaning "flattened"). Made with Calabrian chili peppers, spicy heat but not over powering. The fresh pork used to make the salame is a select blend.

    Really good stuff! The best Soppressata, Spicy Salami, Soupy I ever had and I had a LOT of different ones. On the spicy side but sooooo good. The first one went a lot faster than I expected so ordering more.
