HONEY CORN MUFFINS¾ cup flour1 ¼ teaspoons baking powder½ teaspoon salt1/3 cup cornmeal¼ cup diced raw apple¼ cup our own Vermont pure honey1 well beaten egg1/3 cup sour cream3 tablespoons melted shortening or butterPreheat oven to 400 degrees. Sift flour, baking powder and salt

with Vantia PeperonataIngredients : 1thick Slice Sourdough Bread3 Slices Prosciutto 2 Cups Fresh Ricotta 1 Tbsp. Honey Zest of half a lemon Vantia Peperonata Salt & PepperA handful of Basil or Parlsey (optional) Directions: Toast bread until golden brown and crunchy.
