Pici Pasta- 1 lb. Fortunas Italian Sausage, 1lb, casing removed - hot or sweet to your liking Cherry tomatoes fresh or can (drained) Chianti
Red wine- 1 cup Onion-1

with Vantia PeperonataIngredients : 1thick Slice Sourdough Bread3 Slices Prosciutto 2 Cups Fresh Ricotta 1 Tbsp. Honey Zest of half a lemon Vantia Peperonata Salt & PepperA handful of Basil or Parlsey (optional) Directions: Toast bread until golden brown and crunchy.
Drape 3 slices of thinly sliced Prosciutto on bread. This insulates the bread from the ricotta and ensures it remains crunchy.
