I found this great recipe on Nonna's Kitchen & adapted it Fortuna's way. It is absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
1 package ot our Tagliatelle Bergamot
1 jar marinated Artichokes
4 oz Fortuna's guanciale, diced
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove, peeled and crushed
1/4 cup dry white wine

Picnic Day - Italian Tuna Pasta Salad
Picnic Day on the Mountain,
We grilled our new Pepperoni Italian Sausage and i made a pasta salad with Maritati Pasta with Sicilian Tuna Celery, onion, carrots and may , even the kids loved it! Our pasta holds up so well in especially in a cold pasta salad. It was a simple great meal & the sun was finally shing.
Topped it off the meal with a Pecorino crisp white wine from Tuscany & fresh cantelope with Fortuna's honey drizzled on top

Our dear friend and lover of Fortuna's products, MaryAnn Esposito from Ciao Italia Cooking Show sent us over this photo of something she put together using Fortuna's Coppata (Coppata is a piece of coppa rolled with pancetta around it).
